Hey there darling, my name is Ashley but you can just call me Ash for short! I am currently a University student, majoring in Honours Family and Social Relations. Aspiring to be a Family, International, and Human Rights Lawyer, this blog is my little getaway from my ever-so busy school life.
I tend to find introductions a little intimidating, however, I want you to get to know the girl behind Wanderlust Ash.
To start off, I’m sure you are guessing but no, I’m not Filipino, Hawaiian, Indian, African, Mexican, Puerto Rican, or anywhere from South America. I am Cambodian-Thai! I was born and raised in a mid-sized city in Ontario, Canada, so yes I am a True North Canadian! I love travelling, hence the name Wanderlust Ash, but I also love reading, blogging, meditating, and going on spontaneous adventures. I love everything from travelling, fashion, and food, so you will read a compilation of everything on my blog! On an even personal level, I’m a singer in the shower, Captain America’s wife, a hardcore Beyoncé fan, an old-school music lover, a band geek, a book worm, a hopeless romantic, an adrenaline junkie, a tea lover, a genuinely happy person, and a lover of life. ❤
ABOUT WANDERLUST ASH
Wanderlust Ash is a blog filled with travels that I have taken as well as different aspects of my life. I have a strong desire for travelling hence why I chose my blog name – Wanderlust Ash– but Wanderlust to me is not only a lust for travelling but an irresistible desire for wandering and exploring various dynamics of your life. With this blog, I want to create a space where I am able to document my travels and different parts of my life with you. From living, beauty, fashion to food and travel, my intention is to make this a place for everyone.
As a little girl, I’ve always been captivated on travelling the world and travel as often as I can. I love the feeling of being anonymous in a new city, surrounded by different people moving in different directions. Travelling releases me from my comfort zone and time slows down. Experiencing new food, culture, adventure, language, history, and meeting new people is what I seek for and I always learn something from it. My biggest achievement when travelling is becoming richer in experiences and sharing with those back home and you.
Thank you for stopping by! Happy reading!
