Okay, so I will admit this post is long overdue but I figured I’ll post it tonight due to my upcoming busy schedule.
In May, I attended Selena Gomez’s Revival concert in London, Ontario, so I spent two nights and a day before heading home. Prior to the concert, a couple of hours before, my best friend and I decided to go out and explore the city. Having the concert day land on Victoria’s Day, there was not much to do since almost every landmark London is known for, was closed. Hence, we decided to take pictures and explore Downtown London and Victoria Park.
Since we planned to go out and explore, you could already guess that much of the transport mode was either walking or driving around. London is a pretty walkable city in contrast to Toronto, so it was easy to get around and walk Downtown. Plus, I basically lived there for a month when my grandmother was in the hospital, so I was familiar with the area.
Before I left to London, I already knew walking was in the equation, so I packed this blue bohemian jumpsuit I purchased days prior to my little vacation. I feel like in most of my post I overuse the word comfy, but let me say this loud and proud that this jumpsuit is extremely (like EXTREMELY) COMFY!
Made with 100% Viscose, the cool gauzy fabric did it for me while walking around under the hot Victoria’s Day sun. It definitely did the trick and surprisingly kept me cool without wearing shorts!
I love how this jumpsuit gave a high-neck silhouette, accentuating my upper body without really doing anything except for pulling on the string and tying it back. With its wide leg bottom, I was really able to maneuver around wearing the jumpsuit. Trust me, this jumpsuit gave me life because walking around Downtown for one to two hours was definitely not a problem! Giving off an equal part of bohemian blue and refreshing print, I paired the jumpsuit with a navy blue lace trim cardigan from Forever 21. Since there are shades of dark tone blues, I did not want to overdo it with too many blues so I decided to stick with navy. For the shoes, I decided to wear my white ankle strapped sandals in which is not seen in the photos as the bottom portion of the jumpsuit covers it.
